What is a weighing pallet truck?

A weighing pallet truck (or pallet truck with an integrated scale) is a conventional pallet truck that integrates a weighing system into its forks. When the pallet is lifted, load cells measure the weight and display it on a digital indicator. This way, you get the weight without the need for a separate floor scale and without stopping the load movement.

1. Maximum capacity: ensure it covers your usual load with a margin (pallet trucks typically handle 2,000–3,000 kg).
2. Accuracy (division): the finer the division (e.g., 0.5 or 1 kg), the more precise the weighing. Choose based on how critical weight is in your process.

4. Forks: check that the length and width fit your pallets (Euro pallet, American...).
